Whether you are creating your first custom watch, marking a milestone or planning a small collection, our Grand Rapids studio can help you explore the details. Start with a watch from the collection, or describe the look you would like to create.
Make the design yours
Tell us your preferred case finish, dial color, hands and bracelet, along with any custom text or artwork you have in mind. If you are choosing a gift, let us know the occasion and your target date. We will review your request and discuss the available options before finalizing your design. Have an idea you cannot find in the studio? Tell your builder. We can investigate sourcing the parts and confirm compatibility, price and availability with you.
Already placed an order?
Include your order number and any customization changes or ideas so we can match your message to your build. Customized orders have an estimated build time of two weeks, with shipping time additional. Once the build is complete, you will receive an email with your tracking number and shipping information.
