Price & personalization
Women’s custom watches start at $185 and men’s at $220. Model, movement and special requests affect the final price. Check your configured total or ask your builder for a quote.
Timing & delivery
Allow an estimated two weeks after design confirmation, plus shipping. Sourced parts and special requests can take longer; your builder will confirm timing.
Free shipping within the United States. Shipping and applicable taxes are confirmed at checkout. Read the custom-order and workmanship policy.
What can I customize on a watch?
Available choices depend on the base model. You can explore compatible case finishes, dials, hands and straps, plus personal text or artwork. Rotor lettering is available only on suitable exhibition-back models.
Will I speak with a real watch builder?
Yes. Our builders communicate with you about the design, prepare mockups and confirm the details before assembly. Choose email, text or WhatsApp when you contact us.
Can you make something that is not in the studio?
Tell us your idea or share a reference when your builder replies. We can investigate sourcing parts and confirm availability, compatibility, price and timing before proceeding.
Are these complete watches or DIY kits?
These are complete watches assembled by AP Custom Watches. The design studio helps you choose compatible components; you do not need watchmaking experience.
How do I choose the right size?
Check the case size on each product page. If you are unsure, tell your builder your wrist circumference and the fit you prefer. Women’s and men’s bases are available in the shared studio.
What is the policy for custom orders?
Custom-made returns are not accepted under our current policy. Report workmanship issues on arrival within seven days with photos and your order number for evaluation. Read the full policy before ordering.
